Gift questions, answered
Will the recipient see the price?
Never. No invoice, receipt or pricing goes inside the parcel — the confirmation email goes only to you.
Can I include a gift receipt?
Yes. Ask in the order notes and we will tuck in a care card that doubles as an exchange receipt, with no amounts shown.
When will it arrive?
Shipped gifts leave the bench within 5 business days, crated and insured. Atlanta pickup is usually ready in 3. Order by Dec 15 for holiday delivery.
Can you ship directly to the recipient?
That is the default. Enter their address at payment and the piece travels straight to their door, wrapped, with your handwritten card inside.
What if they prefer a different wood or lining?
Every piece can be exchanged toward a commission of equal value within 30 days — they choose, we build.
